To my recollection I personally never got a keepsake catalog but they were mailed out to people on the mailing lists arond 2000 and each of the historical dolls had their own listing just her collection. (They also did other variations which I remember getting for like Bitty Baby and American Girl of Today). I think Pleasant Company was dabbling in the idea because they had to keep cutting things out of the catalogs because they were getting too thick (older catalogs list all the pieces for each of the girls). They are really nice pieces to have if you can get a hold of one. (VERY helpful if you are trying to collect PM pieces for any particular girl available at that time)

I got one for Bitty now that I remember, but I don't have it anymore.

I think I had one for Bitty Baby also but I don't think I kept it.
